BREEDING

Sire, Emerald, is the charismatic European champion ridden by Harrie Smoulders, at Nations Cups, Rio Olympics, World Cup finals and Grand Prix for many Championships, wins and places. This son of Diamont de Semilly is stamping his progeny with the will and ability to jump the big fences. Evita’s dam, Oaks Kenya (Kannan) has been a very competitive Futurity horse herself. 

Kannan, one of the great sires in the last 15 years, is a producer of horses with scope and a workmanlike attitude to work. Granddam, Pro Ratina, herself a Grand Prix mare, has produced competitive horses up to 1.50m, passing on to them her bravery, power and technique, as well as soundness and toughness. Evita herself is robust with an energetic canter and power off the ground.
