We were once again extremely pleased with the results achieved by our foals during this year’s Australian Warmblood Horse Association National Assessment Tour.
This year’s foals were assessed by Joanne Virikios, who is well known for producing outstanding dressage horses. Of the ten Oaks foals presented, nine received scores above 80%, a result we are very proud of and a wonderful reflection of the consistent quality across this year’s group.
Our three Elite foals were all fillies:
- Chrysalis – Conthargos x Casting x Tangello
- Enterprise – Ermitage Kalone x Emerald x Heartbreaker
- Midas Touch – Mylord Carthago x Casting x Vivant
It was particularly rewarding to see all three fillies awarded Elite status, each representing carefully selected bloodlines and the continued development of our breeding program.
Results such as these are only possible through the dedication of the people behind the scenes. A very special thank you must go to Natalie and her wonderful team of helpers, Tneal, Nicky, Jane, Belinda, Immy and Di, for the considerable work involved in preparing and presenting the foals so beautifully.
We are incredibly proud of this year’s foals and look forward to watching them develop in the years ahead.
